Elegant yet comfortable, this top floor condominium is a great place to cocoon, and yet superbly located for activities of all sorts. Stay home and relax, getting some warm Florida sun on your private balcony. Enjoy the spectacular mile wide views across the Caloosahatchee to southern Fort Myers (sparkling at night), or take a dip in the community pool with its own great riverview. Want sand? Head to the beaches, less than 30 minutes away by car or bus to the hopping beachbars at Fort Myers Beach, or the tranquillity of Sanibel or Captiva, (without the pricey rental rates). It's a short walk to local restaurants, banks, grocery stores and specialty shops. There is excellent golf within 20 minutes. Downtown Fort Myers is also 15 minutes away, with festive nightlife and topflight restaurants. And the local night life in Cape Coral is surprisngly lively, too. If you want to use the community boat dock, we can arrange that. We are currently upgrading many of the the finishes and furnishings in the apartment, and new photos are on the way. As our guest, we welcome you to become be part of our circle of friends, rather than just being a tenant somewhere. Our terms require a miniumum stay of one month, but we can modify that a bit under some circumstances.

We are located beside the bridge between Fort Myers and Cape Coral, city of canals, right in the middle of everything. Just search Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Fort Myers Beach, Estero, Naples, and Punta Gorda, for all sorts of local activities.

Rental Rate Notes
Minimum stay four weeks, unless special arrangement is made. A $500 deposit is required to confirm reservation, and remains as a damage deposit until 10-20 days following your stay. Full rental fee is due 60 days prior to your stay. Contract end cleaning is included in rates. Maid service is not included, but is available at added cost. ($75 per cleaning)Rental Policies
Four week minimum stay. Adults only, maximum four people. Smoking on balcony only. Full rental due 60 days prior to stay. Excessive noise will result in cancellation of privileges, and forfeiture of all fees.
$500 to confirm reservation, held through stay as damage deposit.
Full refund until 60 days prior to stay. 75% rental refund 30 days prior to stay. 50% rental refund less than 30 days prior to stay.
