Amorosa Peter Bay is surrounded by St. John's National Park and located in the islands most desirable location. The fabulous north shore beaches at Peter Bay, Trunk Bay, Cinnamon Bay, Maho Bay, Francis Bay, Hawksnest and more, are only a few moments drive in either direction. In fact, your own exclusive Peter Bay beach can be walked to from Amorosa in a lovely 5-10 minute stroll. Views from the villa stretch from St Johns Cinnamon Bay out to Jost Van Dyke and the BVI and out to Maho Bay, Francis Bay and Tortola. The design of Amorosa captures the old world splendor of a great Italian villa dating back hundreds of years. At the same time, all the modern conveniences blend in as well.
Driving up the beautiful gated entry to Amorosa Peter Bay you start to feel the Old World ambiance that surrounds you. Looking up from your five car parking area you see another gated pedestrian entry and high walls not unlike those at Ostia Antica outside of Rome, Italy. As you enter the compound, the 14' garden waterfall between two ponds sits beneath the upper terrace spa and surrounds the 8 person outdoor bar and barbeque. Watch that important event or listen to your i-Pod favorites while the soothing trickling water garden takes your eye out to some of the most magnificent views in the entire world. The vanishing edge pool is surrounded by sun terrace and veranda with plenty of cushioned chaise lounges and steamers for everyone.
Indoor features begin with a charming marble and stone wine tasting room that could be 1000 years old. The custom mahogany kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy our gourmet guests. All 4 bedrooms have private balconies and face views over Peter Bay Beach and Cinnamon Bay St John out to the Caribbean. Caribbean views dotted with Islands like Jost Van Dyke and Tortola, the passing by of yachts and sailboats adds to your relaxation. Bedrooms each have full sized bathrooms of travertine and stone with covered outdoor private showers looking over tropical plants to the sea. Each bedroom also has its own zoned air conditioning but many guests prefer to use the ceiling fan and screened windows and 8' mahogany French doors. Letting in the sounds of the Caribbean breeze and surf should not be missed. The air conditioned lower level great room has all the amenities you would expect in a grand villa. Kitchen, Living Room, and Dining Room all take advantage of the best views in the Virgin Islands.
Amorosa Peter Bay is surrounded by National Park and the famed North Shore beaches but is convenient to all St Johns. Watersports are available at nearby Cinnamon Bay Beach less than a mile down the road. Snorkel the Trunk Bay trail less than a mile in the other direction. The Reef Bay trail to ancient petroglyphs, the ruins at Annaberg and Catherineberg, and Caneel Bay Resort are all nearby. Coral Bay is about a 15 minute car ride. Cruz Bay about ten minutes away offers many fine restaurants, duty free shops, and ferry connections to the BVI and St. Thomas. But perhaps strolling among Peter Bays magnificent villas down to your private beach is best of all.

Activities and Attractions
Hike to the nearby Cinnamon Bay Ruins or the very well preserved Catherineberg Ruins. For the active person, a walk to explore the accessible areas of the ruins followed by a swim and snorkel at Cinnamon Beach makes for a perfect morning. A short drive to the beautiful Caneel Bay Resort for lunch will not leave you disappointed. This is a no smoking villa. A damage deposit of $1000 is required and will be used if there is extra cleaning required or water is left running on the premises. Water and electricity are precious on the island and we ask it be conserved as much as possible. For a copy of the rental agreement see the owners site at
50% deposit is required to hold dates. Final balance is due in full by 60 prior to rental date.
There is a 20% service charge for cancellation up to 60 days prior to rental. Within 60 days of rental dates there will be no refund. Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
