We are now renting for the remainder of 2008. This beautiful new home located in South Lake Tahoe, situated in a great wooded neighborhood. Heavenly ski resort, the lake, casinos and great restaurants are conveniently just two miles away.
Rates: $325 per night/ or stay the week for only $2,200. (Holidays slightly higher)
This 3 bedroom 2.5 baths home can accommodate up to ten people comfortably. Each room has a queen size bed that is made with fresh linens. There is also a rollaway bed and a queen size futon available to sleep additional guests. The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi tub and gas fireplace.
The open floor plan makes this home great for families or groups. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, full size refrigerator, gas range and dishwasher. There is a dining room table that seats eight.
Three car garage and two decks on the main floor. A South Lake Tahoe Showpiece!
A $175 cleaning fee per stay; $1,000 fully refundable security deposit are required.

Signed contract with credit card authorization required to reserve home.
$1000.00 cash security deposit required. Deposit is promptly refunded when keys are returned providing there is no damage to the home beyond normal wear and tear.
No last minute refunds for weather. If all roads are closed (must be confirmed by owner) tenant will be allowed to reschedule at a later date.
