Isla del Sol is an island community on 350 acres of beautifully manicured tropical gardens surrounded by the waters of Boca Ciega Bay. It is located on the southernmost tip of St. Petersburg. Isla del Sol consists of a variety of different condominium buildings in a resort environment that offers a million dollar clubhouse, country style living with several pools, tennis facilities and a golf course.
Isla Del Sol is conveniently located to a variety of recreational facilities above and beyond our local amenities. We have Ft. DeSoto just a short drive to the South. The Gulf Beaches are a 3-minute drive to the West. If you like golf, tennis or boating Isla has a country club that consists of The Isla del Sol Golf Course; it is an exceptional 18-hole championship layout. Challenging fairways, beautiful bunkered greens, shimmering lakes and gardens enhance the beauty and heighten the challenge of the course. The Tennis Center consists of nine lighted soft, Har-Tru courts, first class instruction, clinics, member events, round robins, mixed doubles, active singles and doubles competitions, and other events held throughout the year. If you are a boater we have a yacht club as well. It boasts a 78- slip Yacht Basin for sailboats as well as large motor yachts and small runabouts alike.
It is not uncommon to see the muted pink roseate spoonbills feeding in the mornings in our tidal creeks. There are also numerous birds to be seen, such as the great blue heron, cormorants, Florida wood storks, the majestic osprey as well as many other sea birds feeding and resting in and around one of several of our lakes located throughout the island.
Architecture: Our quaint Spanish named streets meander through beautiful stately royal palms, queen palms, oak trees as well as hundreds of other tropical specimens. Our architecture is comprised of high-rise, mid-rise, 2, 3 and 4 story buildings as well as townhouses all with a Mediterranean flair. Our communities consist of Isla Key, La Puerta del Sol, Casa del Mar, Palma del Mar, Bahia del Mar and Vista de Oro. These are very distinct communities, all of varied character and architectural style. Our island is truly paradise.
A collection of excellent restaurants and varied shopping is only a short drive away with St. Petersburg's mainland just one bridge to the East and the barrier island of St. Pete Beach one bridge to the West.

Accomodations: We offer 2 BR apartments. All our units have a balcony with unobstructed view to the Gulf of Mexico, the famous Sunshine Skyway Bridge, Tampa Bay and the famous Florida sunsets.
- 2 Bedroom Deluxe Seville (1,150 sqf): The apartments are direct on the water and are ideal for up to 3 adults. Each unit is completely furnished and decorated, come with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a Futon sofa in the 2. bedroom room, balcony with view of the Gulf of Mexico, the famous Sunshine Skyway Bridge, Tampa Bay and the famous Florida sunsets. The living room and bed room have mirror walls and overlook Tampa Bay. The kitchen overlooks the Bay.
- 2 Bedroom DeLuxe Barcelona (1,250 sqf): The apartments are ideal for guests who like more space. The units are completely furnished and decorated, come with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the 2nd. bedroom, balcony with view of the Gulf of Mexico, the famous Don Ce Sar Hotel, Tampa Bay and the Florida sunsets. The living room and bed room have mirror walls and overlook the lake and Boca Ciega Bay. The 2nd. bedroom overlooks the Intercostal Waterway.
All apartments are completely furnished and decorated, and are equipped with absolutely everything like high speed internet, phone, A/C, cable TV, VCR/DVD player , including a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Cookware and utensils are also provided, and all new linens and towels. Every unit comes with an assigned under building parking space.
Amenities on site: Heated pool, Spa, Beaches, Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center, Clubhouse, Board walk, Shopping center with bank and post office, Restaurants, Isla del Sol Yacht & Country Club, Reserved covered parking, 24 hours security and, of course, water, water everywhere.

Activities and Attractions
The complex offers a beautiful pool, hot tub, exercise room, lake, beaches, fishing docks and walking paths. Available for a fee are tennis and golf (depending on time of the year). Jet ski rental, sail board rental and boat rental are all available within just a few minutes in Terra Verde or St. Pete Beach.

All Rates plus: $75.00 application fee, $95.00 end cleaning fee and 12% Florida tax. A 25% deposit of the net rent is required to hold the apartment for you, and the balance is due at your arrival. The rental deposit is non-refundable A security deposit or a valid Credit Card is also required at your arrival, to cover any abnormal breakage or other damage over and above normal wear and tear on the property. This will be refunded by mail (assuming, there is no damage), not later then 30 days after departure.Rental Policies
