Conveniently situated next to one of the premier golf destinations in Florida the ChampionsGate Club, only 10 minute drive to Disney World and less than an hour to the beach they are ideal for family vacations or extended family celebrations! Our comfortable and welcoming villas surrounded by abundance of attractions will greatly contribute to a splendid Florida vacation.

Welcoming and tastefully appointed this bright and spacious home has over 3100 sq/ft. living area and is specifically designed to accommodate 2 Families. Comfort and convenience are imbedded in this home. Cable TV and telephones are available in each bedroom and the living room. All mattresses are upgraded. One of the better management companies is available 24/7 to answer your questions.

The large Family Room has a flat 32" screen TV where you can enjoy watching TV or DVD or listen to music. In contrast, the formal Living Room is a second family room where you can sit and quietly read, away from the distraction of the television or just relax form over stimulating activates. In the Dining Area one will find a large dining table with seating for 6. A fully equipped Kitchen is near the Utility Room with Washer and Dryer. For informal dining there is The Nook area seating 4. The Games Room has a standard size pool table, air hockey, foosball soccer and other games. We have wireless high-speed internet and cable TV in the house. Local telephone calls are free.

The first floor has one King-Size Bedroom and one with couple of Twin size Beds. The second floor has one Master Suite and two Queen-Size Bedrooms. In addition, there is one with couple of Twin beds. Three rooms are equipped with 20" TV sets. For our younger guests, we have Travel Cots and Highchairs.

Our 30'x15'Pool and Jacuzzi are heated on demand and have underwater light. The Pool has a Child Safety Fence and Pool Door alarm. There is a Sun Deck with Lounge with teak furniture plus a table and chairs and teak for when you decide to eat lunch out by the pool. Part of the Deck has a Lanai, offering welcoming shade when the mid-day Florida sun makes direct exposure uncomfortable.

With total floor area of approximately 3100 sq/ft. this villa is ideal for 2 families to share together. Well equipped with everything you are likely to need from utensils to pool table, and perfectly located, whether you are touring the many attractions in the area or just spending a lazy day by the pool our villa is your home away from home. We will be happy to welcome you as our guest!

Recommend: ***** By Pierre Patterson 11/08/2006 , Comment: The six of us had a Great time at Diane's place. It was located close to everything, Disney, restaurants and shopping for groceries. We even made it out to Cocoa Beach for a few hours. (80 miles) Kids had a ball in the heated pool and we got in few nice suppers right on the spot with the fully equipped kitchen. The area is really calm and got to relax just as we hoped. Thanks for a smooth rental and hope to be back for another little break in the near future.
