15 minutes to North Conway, 15-20 mins. to Great Snow Skiing, hiking, golf and outlet store, scenic white mountains, canoe rentals. We are only 15minutes away from beautiful Silver Lake. Mountain views, crystal clear water, picnic area off of Route 41 on East Shore Rd. This is a special spot to enjoy. We also have 3 ponds at bottom of hill if you wish to take a quick dip.Our enormous deck is a great place to relax or entertain guests.

Rental Policies
Special Rates apply for holiday weeks, holiday 3 day weekends. Email or call me for specifics.
There is a $200 deposit to reserve your dates plus it is used as a security on the property. After your stay it is returned to you provided the property is left in the same condition as it was upon entering the property. Also any long distance calls would be deducted.
Once you have made a deposit on the property it will only be returned provided we are able to re-rent the property.
