Rental price includes a cleaning fee. Sheets and towels are provided. In addition to rent amount: 9% Sonoma County Bed tax 2% Area Improvement Fee $20 Booking Fee Refundable Security Deposit Required
One half the total for the rental (including rent, taxes, booking fee, and security deposit) is due upon making a reservation. The second half is due one month before arrival date. The full amount is due upon reserving for any booking made less than a month in advance.
All reservations are final. No Cancellations
