Rental Rate Notes
7 night minimum between Dec 15th and Jan 7th for the holidays.Rental Policies
Rates are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include 12% tax. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates can vary. Unless otherwise noted a security deposit will be included in the rental contract and has to be paid in advance as the rental amount. Depending on the home it is between US 150 - US 1000. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused. If there is no damage the security deposit will be returned within two to four weeks of departure. We prefer your reservation be paid with check or money order. We accept VISA or MC with a 5% processing fee. Check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check in and/or late check out can be arranged at half a days rate if possible. Maid service is three times a week. No maid service on Sundays and Mexican holidays. Maid service can be increased for an additional charge of $20 per day.
A 50% deposit is required to hold your dates. Your balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, 60 days for holidays.
Cancellations made 60 days before arrival are 50% refundable, within 30 days non-refundable at the owners discretion. Cancellations and refunds are based on the ability to re-rent. A cancellation fee of US 150 will apply.
