Description of the Property
Luxury spacious 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Villa with two master suites and large private screened heated pool is located 1.5 mile south of highway 27 and road 192, with quick and easy access to highway 27 and I-4. sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. It is 12 minutes from Disney World and near all the major attractions. and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. There is a super Walmart just a 2 minute drive away
Two master suites with walk-in closets, 20 inch cable TV. Both have queen size bed. Third and fourth bedroom has two twin size beds. All bedrooms have linen, towels, hangers, and blankets. You can find extra linen, blankets, and towels in the closet.
Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa for sitting during day and sleep during the night. Spacious Great Room has large sofa, loveseat and coffee table. There are one 27inch flat screen TV with cable channels and DVD player, VCR and alarm clock/radio.
The fully fitted large kitchen with dining area has a large size refrigerator with icemaker, electric stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, phone and dishwasher. The large formal dining table has six chairs with it.
The screened lanai and super sized private heated pool and extended deck with children safety fence is a great place to swim and play or sit and relax. Patio furniture and pool toys are available for your usage.
Directions to the Villa
From either Sanford or Orlando International Airport we suggest you take the 417 "Greenway" south. This is the most direct route and has a number of tolls totalling $2.00-$3.00. Carrying some quarters (25c coins) will give you the option of using the correct change/auto kiosks.
Follow the 417 until it joins I-4 south and go south to the junction of road 27 (Exit 55). Take 27 north and the Florida Pines Community is approximately two miles from the junction on the left hand side. Our villa is only a 2 minute drive from the entrance to the community. A Community map along with the security code to enter the property will be supplied on receipt of the full booking fee.
If you are flying into Tampa, take I-4 East until you get to 27 (Exit 55), then follow then directions detailed above.

Rental Policies
check in after 4:00pm check out before 11:00am Total rental payment is due in full with the signed agreement if signing date of this agreement is within 45 days of the check-in date above, otherwise due two weeks from the check-in date above. Cashier's check, money order and traveler's check are preferred, personal check is accepted under certain conditions.
USD $200 security depsit for reservation. The security deposit shall be the sum of TWO HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$200.00). The payment is due with signed agreement. The premises shall be reserved under renter's name as soon as the deposit reaches owner. Please note any oral reservation shall not lock up the property. One week after checkout date, the deposit shall be sent back to renter. In case the property has any damage that leads to repair, the deposit may not be fully returned.
Cancellation: If renter cancels reservation, security deposit will be refunded in full only if the cancellation occurs at least two months prior to the check-in date. The security deposit will not be refunded if the cancellation notice reaches owner within a month period prior to check-in date. A written notice is needed in the form of a letter or email. Cancellation occurred within one month of check-in date due to an unexpected health reason is permissible but a doctor's letter is needed to get the full refund.
