Rental Rate Notes
To place a reservation request a rental application. A $300 deposit to hold reservation. Visa or Master Card accepted. Nightly, weekly, two week and four week discount rates available. Call for availability. There is a $75.00 cleaning fee.Rental Policies
$ 400.00 to hold reservation. Deposit of 50% of rents are due 30 days prior to arrival. The balance due upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure after owner inspection. A $ 75.00 non-refudable cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.
Up to 60 days prior to arrival - 50% of the security deposit. Less than 60 days prior to arrival - no refunds.
