Private & Spacious Ormond-by-the-Sea 3br/2ba vacation home will provide you with comfortable and upscale furnishings for your beach vacation and just about everything you will need for a great beach vacation, such as boogie boards, beach chairs & umbrellas, sand toys, beach towels & bags, wheeled cooler & smaller insulated lunch bags. The home provides you with all linens, lots of kitchen appliances, DVD & reading library, 51" large screen TV and MBR 24" tv, both w/satelite & DVR svc plus DVD players; gas grill and a beautiful private pool and hottub inside a screened lanai, and pool floats, of course. Bring your laptop to use with the wireless DSL in the house or by the pool.
You can walk 5 minutes east to the neighborhood's private beach entrance to enjoy our uncrowded, no-drive beach in Ormond-by-the-Sea, or walk 6 minutes west to enjoy the sunset from the public park on the inland waterway. Our house is in a quiet neighborhood, but the Famous Daytona Beach drive-on beaches, movies and other tourist attractions are only a 10 minute drive away. After the hustle and bustle of the Orlando attractions, come to a quiet, peaceful retreat by the sea. Call for holiday, special event & monthly rates. $300-500 refundable security deposit , $75-90 cleaning fee & 12.5% state tax also required. Rates are for up to 6 persons. Sorry, but no pets or motorhomes. Smoking allowed outside home only.

Comfort , enjoyment and cleanliness are our goal for your relaxing beach vacation. We have tried to provide everything you might need to enjoy a trip to the beach (5 min stroll) or hanging out by the pool.
For your trip to the beach you have a wheeled cooler, umbrellas, folding chairs, boogie boards, insulated & towel bags, sand toys and ice packs. But, if you would rather stay in, you can watch the 51 inch big screen with satelite svc including DVR to record your favorite programs, or watch a DVD from our varied selection. Of course, you can also float around in the pool or sit in the hot tub under the the screened lanai, if that is your preference.
Our upscale furnishings will make you feel like you are at home. A fully equipped kitchen and laundry will make your stay sooooo convenient. Quality beds, ceramic dishes, and crystal glassware are just a few of our upscale amenities. We look forward to providing you with a wonderful home-away-from-home stay!

Price subject to change until deposit received. Refundable Security Deposit is due within 5 days of making reservation. Full payment is due at least 30 days prior to arrival. Call for Holiday and Event period rates. House must be rented and occupied by at least one person over the age of 25 years throughout the rental period. No subletting allowed. No Pets or Motorhomes. Smoking allowed outside only.
Required refundable security deposit is $300-$500.
Full refund (less reservation fee of $75) with written cancellation received a minimum of 30 days prior to scheduled arrival .
