Screened porch has a hot tub and roll-down shades for complete privacy. Backyard is big enough to let the kids play and the street is very quiet, yet only 1500 feet from the beach! House is completely furnished with brand new everything: beds, linens, pots and pans, appliances, living room and kitchen furniture, TV/DVDs, games for adults & kids, novels, beach items...everything! All you need is your toothbrush! There's even a washer and dryer ! Motorcycles can easily park in the garage, too! Small pets allowed-inquire. You won't be disappointed here!!!

Rental Rate Notes
Weekly rate is $650 for 7 nights, plus $65 cleaning fee and 12.5% tax. Events and holidays are higher. Call for Internet rates! No need to worry about Saturday to Saturday. We're flexible with arrival and departure dates. Call for more information or to receive more pictures. Pets allowed for additional fee and at owner's discretion.Rental Policies
Rates are based on four people, no pets. Pets allowed, at owner's discretion, add'l fee may apply. Please inquire when contacting us. Rates are listed for regular times; events and holidays are higher. See availability calendar or email/call for additional information. Don't hesistate to contact us to find out more information or to receive additional pictures! $300 security deposit required, in addition to rent, in order to secure reservation. Security deposit is refunded after your stay, providing the house is as you found it! Rates do not include $65 cleaning fee per stay and 12.5% tax.
A $300 security deposit is required when reservation is booked.
This deposit will be refunded providing there is no damage and the house looks the same as you found it. A one-time cleaining fee of $65 is required, whether nightly, weekly, or monthly. Security deposit may be retained if there are damages or if canceled sooner than two weeks prior to arrival.
