The spacious main living space has high ceilings, hardwood floors and a large open living/dining room. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen comes complete with a tile breakfast bar. Four rooms feature glass doors leading out to a large deck facing the river with outdoor dining and a gas grill. Each bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and it's own bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. The separate suite has it's own living room with sofa bed, another full kitchen and a private full bath. The master bedroom faces the river and also has glass doors leading out to the deck.
In the garage is a recreation room with foose ball, air hockey, karaoke, video games, mini refridge and off the patio is a new spa with a gazebo.
Enjoy excellent access to the Russian River from this riverfront property. Just walk down the custom rock stairway to a path leading down to a large beach where you can swim, canoe, kayak (during summer months) and fish. Rental price includes a cleaning fee. Sheets and towels are provided. In addition to rent amount: 9% Sonoma County Bed tax 2% Area Improvement Fee $20 Booking Fee Refundable Security Deposit Required
1/2 of Total amount due at time of reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.
