2-Month Minimum Rental, All occupants must adhere to the covenants of Ashton Lakes Condominium which are provided, Florida Sales Tax is not included in the rental rates quoted.
Deposits of 1/2 of the total rental period is due at booking, with the remaining balance due at check-in.
Cancellation prior to 60 days of booking will require some loss of deposit. No refunds after check-in.
