Description of the Property

4 Bedrooms (2 master suites & 2 twins), 3 bathrooms, pool & spa, games room, internet access, free telephone calls plus many extras. Our villa provides all the luxury and comfort you need after a long day at the parks.and at a very reasonable price too.

Our home is fully tiled throughout the main living areas with carpet in the bedrooms. There is air conditioning throughout together with all the amenities required for your most enjoyable stay.

The first master suite has a Queen size bed, TV with cable, telephone and ceiling fan. The bathroom consists of a bath, shower, vanity unit, hair dryer and w.c. There is also a walk-in wardrobe.

The second master suite has a double bed with TV with cable and ceiling fan. There are patio doors leading to the pool area. The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, single vanity unit, hair dryer and w.c. There is also a walk-in wardrobe.

On the opposite side of the house are two twin bedrooms both with ample hanging space in the wardrobes, clock radios.

The third bathroom consists of a bath, shower, single vanity unit and w.c. This bathroom is located between the two twin rooms.

The kitchen provides all the facilities you'll require including a fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, blender, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the pots/pans and utensils you could possibly require. There is a breakfast bar for convenience or alternatively dine at the stylish dining table in the dining area.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate room containing a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.

The lounge area consists of vaulted cathedral ceilings for extra light and spaciousness and the essential comfy chairs for watching the DVDs or sport on TV.

Outside there is a 30' southwest facing pool - perfect for sunbathing during the day and catching a beautiful sunset in the evening. There is also a spa for those slightly chilly winter days. The pool has a depth of 3' to 6' and there is a safety fence to keep small children safe. The fence can be removed & stored when not required. The pool can be lit at night. There is plenty of room to relax on the sun loungers around the pool area or at the table under the covered lanai.

Should you still not be worn out after your day out then the games room consists of a dartboard, a ping pong table and air hockey. All the equipment you need to play is provided.
