You are renting our second home! Imagine arriving at a 3,000 sq ft designer home so private the only neighbors are evergreen trees and so quiet you hear only the wind. Best of all, the entire upper floor of windows look out at spectacular views of Tahoe Valley and the Sierra Mountains.
Watch eye-popping sunsets, play and dine on a huge 50' private, redwood deck. Indulge in a private outdoor hot tub. In summer, BBQ outdoors on a propane grill, then dine alfresco at an 8' picnic table, or stargaze on Adirondack chairs.
Upstairs, the living, dining room and kitchen are open and connected-great for large gatherings or intimate conversations in front of the fireplace. Tasteful, contemporary furnishings, Persian rugs and original art, make this a perfect home for a vacation getaway.
The gourmet kitchen is well-equipped with new stainless steel appliances, double oven, espresso and coffee makers, Cuisinart, microwave, waffle and bread maker, new pots and pans and elegant dishes to accommodate large groups.
The master bedroom suite on the first floor is wheelchair accessible, complete with Jacuzzi tub, new TV and king sized bed. All four spacious, romantic bedrooms on the lower floor have queen beds with high thread count sheets, great mattresses and walk-in closets. Two of these bedrooms overlook the mountains. Downstairs, the rec room has another 27" TV with DVD player, card table, stair-stepper, extensive library, and games.
Think of us as a concierge service with extensive local knowledge. We can book an in-house massage, know the full gamut of restaurants, where to buy the best wine and cheese or direct you to our favorite hikes, ski trails and activities.
From a custom gas fireplace in the living room, high end sound system with over 200 movies, and high end appliances and bedding, make your vacation one of luxury and comfort. Everything is spotlessly clean and in perfect working order.

Cleaning fee of $195 covers hot tub and linens El Dorado occupancy tax of 10% Security deposit of $500 fully refundable within 2 weeks of stayRental Policies

To book your stay, we require one half of the total in advance, which includes cleaning of $195, El Dorado County's 10% occupancy tax, and the security deposit of $500. Once we receive your first payment, we send you a rental agreement. The balance of payment is due four weeks prior to arrival. Once we receive the balance, we send you a key, directions and fun things to do in the area.
Your security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure.
