Rental Policies
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. We at Central Florida Rentals and Management appreciate you allowing us the opportunity to be your vacation destination of choice. The renter is responsible for reading and accepting the Terms & Conditions of the rental agreement. A $150 deposit is required at time of making a reservation. We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover or check. Balance is payable by credit card, check or money order to be received 30 days prior to date of arrival, or upon reservation if reservation is made within this period. All amounts paid towards balance are non-refundable if a cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival date. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are allowed in some properties. There is a refundable deposit of $350 per pet. Please inquire for properties accepting pets. Please call 1-866-282-1053 to make a reservation.
10% retained for any canceled signed reservation. 20% retained at 4 to 3 weeks prior to arrival. 50% retained at 3 to 2 weeks prior to arrival. 100% retained at 2 weeks prior to arrival or less. Every consideration will be given to persons who are forced to cancel for reasons beyond their control. In the event of a hurricane 1 week prior to arrival, Central Florida Rentals & Management Inc. offer guests the opportunity to reschedule their vacation.
