Our home is located two miles from Tahoe City and on Lake Tahoe's North Shore. Our Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental home is perfect for either a winter or summer vacation. It is conveniently located for skiing at Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, or Homewood ski areas. The home is also easy and safe to drive to when there is snow on the road, as it is down hill from the main highway (28) to the house, and down hill back to the highway. This home is one of the nicest Lake Tahoe vacation rental homes available! And, we have a new outdoor spa/ hot tub! The view: You can view Alpine Meadows to the west, and look across Tahoe at Heavenly Valley to the south, 27 miles away. The setting is particularly nice during the summer, when you can enjoy two large decks for relaxing, dining, or cocktails at sunset.

Activities and Attractions
Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, Diamond Peak, and Mt. Rose ski areas are close by. There are 10+ golf courses within a half hour drive.
The beach is a five minute walk through a wooded area. Although it is a public beach, few people are there. Walk down for a sunset drink in the summer.

Rental Rate Notes
The daily rental rates range from $439 to $619/night based on 8 persons. If you have more, please add $20/person/night. Christmas, NY's, Presidents Week, and other holiday weeks - please call for quote. Cleaning per hour. For additional people, please add $20/person/night. During the high season our prices are based on 14 occupants. Cleaning is $22.50 per hour. Please book well in advance. Large groups tend to plan far in advance.Rental Policies

Summers and ski season are booked well in advance because most groups of ~16 people plan early. $750 security deposit books our home. The full amount of the rent is due 45 days prior to occupancy. Cleaning and damage (hopefully none) is withheld from your cleaning deposit.
Once you book our home, it is yours and we remove it from the market.
