50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve the condo. Damage Deposit is required when you enter the condo $500 in cash.
CANCELLATION POLICY : If Canceling reservation once booked: 60+ days prior to arrival date: Deposit less $300 US will be refunded. 30-60 days prior to arrival day: 50% of deposit will be refunded. Less than 30 days prior to arrival day: NO Deposit will be refunded.
