Rental Rate Notes
$3,500 for 4 weeks. Check-in after 4 pm and check-out before 10 am. Start and end dates flexible. Visa, Mastercard and checks are accepted.Rental Policies
Non-Smoking Unit. No pets allowed. All HOA rules must be observed including no excessive noise.
DEPOSIT : A deposit of 50% of the total rent is due at the time of booking your reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 90% of your deposit is refundable, provided we are notified of your cancellation at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. If we cannot re-rent less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, there will be no refund. If the unit is re-rented for the full length of the stay, 90% of your deposit will be refunded. All monies received are placed in a non-interest bearing account.
