Description of the Property
Majestic Palms Villa is a stylish 4 bedroom vacation home just 10 minutes from Disney with a private, screened pool overlooking a lake and GAME Room, personal computer with high speed internet access, as well as FREE LONG Distance Calling. This home has been professionally decorated in warm neutral colors with an island influence. As you walk through the door you are greeted with a bright, open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, decorative arches and columns. The view from the family room is just beautiful as you look out passed the pool onto the sparkling waters of the lake. This fully equipped, meticulously maintained home has everything you'll need for a wonderful stay here in Florida.
The details can really contribute to an enjoyable vacation experience, so we've endeavored to create true home-away-from-home accommodations. Each of the four bedrooms has its' own cable television, upgraded bedding, full length mirror, alarm clock radio and ceiling fan. The Master Bedroom is situated toward the back of the home and has a grand king sized bed, vaulted ceiling and tropical décor with a lovely view of the lake. The master bathroom is en-suite and is equipped with separate soaking tub and shower, commode room and dual sinks. There are 2 bedrooms that each have 2 twin sized beds, vaulted ceilings and tasteful beach inspired décor. The twin beds can be converted into a king sized bed if desired, by utilizing the twin bed connectors at the house. The final bedroom has a queen sized bed, vaulted ceiling and tropical décor. It shares the second bath with the front twin bedroom. The home also has a sleeper sofa and can accommodate 10 plus infant, using the provided crib. The crib, high chair and stroller are all available at no extra cost.
The game room will surely please everyone in the group with its' pool table, foosball table, electronic dart board and mini practice putting green. The game room also has a full size futon couch, 25" cable television and Playstation 2 with ten games & steering wheel. In all, the home is equipped with 6 cable televisions, 2 VCRs, 2 DVD players, surround sound stereo system, books, movies and family style board games. There is even a hotel style safe for your peace of mind which fits most notebook computers. Majestic Palms Villa is located in the quiet community of Eagle Pointe in Kissimmee, Florida.
