The unit is on the golf course. Golfing privilege. Also has a fitness center. The pool and the jaccuzi is about 30 yards. But what most find very appealing, other than the tasteful, non-rental decoration is the distance to the River Complex with its restaurants (Cheescake Factory, P.F. Chang, Fleming's Steak House, Yardhouse on and on ..) and theatre, shops. It is also walking distance to the Marriott Resort. Unit also has an outlet for internet broadband service.

Non-smoking in the unit, Allowed in Patio areas. Three day minimum rental. No pets. Children .. depends on age. $500 Security Deposit. $ 125 Cleaning Fee.Rental Policies
This is the owner's personal unit and not set up for rental purposes so the quality of the renter is very important. If you have references from past rentals in the area please send to me. No Pets.
$ 500 security deposit will be returned promptly. $ 125 non-refundable cleaning deposit.
Full rental fee is due at the time of reservation. Cancelation fee of one night rate is charged up to 30 days prior to rental date. Two nights charged up to 14 days before rental. Three nights charged up to seven days prior to rental. No refund after that date
