Description of the Property
Perched on a knoll with sweeping mountain views is this delightful French cottage in beautiful Rancho Mirage, located close to the ever growing River Restaurant Complex with all the nice restaurants, movies and shopping areas, and close to trendy, ritzy El Paseo with all its fine shops and restaurants. Palm Desert is about one mile away. Most major restaurants, many golf courses and shopping are also within one mile.
Fleur Cottage has three large bedrooms and three baths all with showers however one also has a tub. There is also an outside shower for hot Summer days or rinsing off after a refreshing swim. The theme here is outdoor living in charming, upscale surroundings with flowers and trees. There is an extra large family dining table to sip your wine and enjoy dinner with friends outside. The pool has three cascading waterfalls and the therapy spa is large enough for everyone to soak and enjoy.
There are three large bedrooms. Two have private patios with mountain views. Both guest rooms have double pillow top queen beds with European comforters and shams. Both guest bedrooms have large TVs and DVD players. The large master Suite overlooks the garden and has a comfortable king also with double pillow top and European bedding, PLUS a large flatscreen TV and DVD! . There are large closets in every room.
The kitchen is light and bright with slab granite counters and every modern appliance from a Cuisinart mixer to a food saver. From a high speed electric tea kettle to a Cuisinart coffee maker. Dinner service and table settings and seating for 12 complete the scene. There are dining areas both inside and out plus a fire pit to brighten your evenings.
The Master and Living room Have wall mounted Plasma Tvs and both guest Bedrooms have Tvs and will soon also have PlasmasMaster bed and also Living room has DVD and there is wireless high speed internet and a Hewlett Packard computer and printer for your convenience. There is also a full-size washer and dryer, and an ironing board and iron. We've added a 100 inch movie screen that drops out of the ceiling for your movie viewing delight, along with Ipod docking stations
This very comfortable home has left nothing out to ensure your complete enjoyment. Tastefully decorated by the owners of #101 The English Cottage, this one meets their same very high standards, and nothing has been left out.
