Dine in the breakfast room with a great view of the lake, or on the cover patio. A fantastic playground with fort will allow younger family members to have as much fun as the adults. Internet access is provided for those of you who must stay connected to the outside world. The 2,200 square foot home with nearly 100 feet of lake shore and and large shaded yard makes this the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway or an extended family vacation.

Being on the Lake brings a host of water activities. In addition, the Lake Placid Home allows for you to spend your non-lake time in the lap of luxury. Watch movies and sporting events on the large screen TV with DVD, or play foosball and darts in the activity room. Dine in either the breakfast room overlooking the lake, or under the covered patio. Got kids? They will love the wooden playground with its own fort, while you sun on the deck overlooking the lake, or work on your all over tan on your very private sun patio. At the end of the day, you can relax with your loved one in your double hammock/swing. When the partying stops, retire to one of the three spacious bedrooms where you can read watch TV or ????. The master suite is well appointed with private bath and a king bed. The other two large bedrooms each have their own TV, and one of the two can be made with 2 twin beds or 1 king at your choosing You get all of this, plus you can stay in touch with the office, with a high speed internet connection in the small but private office. In addition, a spacious dog run with access to the garage is provided for your four legged friends.

Activities and Attractions
There are so many great things to do at the house or nearby. Bring your boat and jet skis and spend the day on the water. Water skiing and Wakeboard enthusiast can find lessons on the lake or visit the world renowned Texas Ski Ranch, just 20 minutes down the road. Only 15 minutes from the house is New Braufels where you will find the world famous Schlitterbahn Water Park, or take a relaxing float down either the Comal or Guadalupe River. Gruene is also just a 15 minute drive where you can find the famous Gruene Hall, The Gristmill or great antique shops. San Marcos is only a 20 minute drive where you can shop tell you drop at the Outlet Mall visit Wonder World, or even take and glass bottom boat tour at The Aquarena Center. Thirty minutes to San Antonio and you can visit The Alamo, The I- Max Theater, and The River walk, Splashtown. Fiesta Texas and Seaworld all less than a 60 min drive. The area has numerous great golf courses for the days that you don’t want to spend on the river.

$75 cleaning fee and 13% tax will apply to each visit Special Holiday Rates ApplyRental Policies
Maximum of 8 people. No smoking in house allowed. Pets allowed, but must remain in dog run and/or garage.
$400 Security deposit locks in your reservation. An additonal $200 Deposit is required if any pets are included. Entire rental fee must be paid 14 days prior to Check In. Security Deposit will be returned (less any damages), within 14 days of Check Out
Cancellation may result in the loss of Securtiy Deposit. Inquire at the time of your reservation.
