The newly widened 14 foot boardwalk is 7 miles long and the best place in California to walk, skate, roller blade, jog or catch incredible sunsets and the greenflash. Play volleyball or horseshoes at the beach or just kick back and swim, surf or sunbathe.
Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Belmont Amusement Park and roller coaster, Wild Animal Park, Legoland and endless other attractions are a short drive away. Also, within a five minute walk you can rent any form of surf, bike, skate, jet ski, paddle boat or kayak gear imaginable for one to seven days.

Perfect for sunbathing or just sipping a cool one while watching the nightly sunset. The balcony on the second floor has a view of the ocean and sunsets too. This new home has a TV on the ground floor as well as a Sony 32" flat screen TV on the second floor. And, an outside hot/cold shower makes coming home from the beach a good experience. A large patio with mature tropical landscaping, large built-in gas BBQ plus table and chairs add to your special beach vacation, making it enjoyable inside and out.

Rental Rate Notes
A refundable deposit of $550 is required at booking with full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. A $225 cleaning fee will be added to rental amount. 10.5% California state tax will be added to full payment. We do not rent to students or singles under 30 years of age. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of rental payment and deposit and will not be allowed to check in. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.Rental Policies
Due to early, high demand for this prime location, cancellations received 120 days prior to your arrival date are subject to forfeiture of your full deposit. If we are able to re-book your cancelled dates, your deposit will be refunded, less a $100 cancellation fee.
Your security deposit wil be refunded to you within 14 days of your departure. We reserve the right to use all or part of this money to make repairs/replacements caused by negligence on your part, or for charges such as TV programs.
