Our home boasts stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV with cable (including HBO and OnDemand), home theater system, pool/game table, and a natural gas BBQ grill. The 24 hour guard-gated community also features tennis courts and pools.

Rental Policies
Rates Include Wireless High-Speed Internet, Cable/HBO, Electricity, Gas, Water. Please add $150 cleaning fee. Holiday rates slightly higher.
$500 hold deposit is due at time of booking to reserve. Additional $500 security deposit is due along with first payment and does not apply toward rent. Security deposit will be refunded within 3 weeks of departure less any damages or other charges.
