Rental Policies
Change over day is Saturday. No additional guests unless arranged prior to arrival. Check in at 3 pm, check out at 11 am. A damage deposit of $500 will be collected. Tenants are responsible for leaving the property as found and for any damage beyond normal use.
We require 50% of the rental amount to hold this property. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
There will ba a $150 handling fee on all cancellations. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival may be rescheduled up to one year based on availability.
