Description of the Property
Hopetoun Barn is located overlooking the Hillsborough River in the middle of the country but only 7 minutes from downtown Charlottetown.
It is set in 3 1/2 acres and is surrounded by countryside. There is a river beach at the end of the property and we are only minutes from many of the great beaches on PEI. The Fox Meadow golf course is less than 5 minutes away.
The Barn has four bedrooms. There are two large bedrooms with cathedral ceilings upstairs, a gallery hallway and a bathroom with walk in shower.
Downstairs there is a bedroom with two twin beds and a bedroom with a single bed, a sofa bed and a crib. There is also a full bathroom with an old fashioned legged tub. The ground floor also has a full utility room with washer, dryer and laundry sink.
