Rental Policies
A $300 deposit reserves the apartment and acts as a refundable security/damage deposit during your stay.
If cancelling more than 60 days in advance of scheduled date, we will gladly refund all but a $50 cancellation fee. For cancellations 60-14 days in advance of scheduled arrival date we will retain $100. Cancellations less than 14 days no refund. If we are able to re-rent the apartment at full rate for your scheduled arrival date we will return all but $50.
Excusive use full sun deck with BBQ, table, chairs, sun bench.

Lots of room for futon to pull out into double bed. Slider patio door to deck is on right side of photo.
There is also a non-coin washer/dryer in this kitchen.
Bedroom has queen bed and lots of room this side for chair, single roll away and child's Pack n Play.There is screened door access to deck.
Look above the volleyball courts to see the boats in the Mission Bay Channel entrance.
