Rental Policies

A week is 6 nights & 7 days. Minimum stay is 3 nights. Monthly and annual rentals are avialable. The double & single beds referred to is a bunk bed with a double below and a single above. A refundable security deposit of $300 is required. The security deposit will be refunded by check within 2 weeks after a check-out inspection. The manager will advise the guest if he feels that there is guest caused damage which may be in need of repair or replacement. Cost of repair or replacement shall be deducted from the deposit prior to refunding. Check in is 3:00 PM, check out is 12:00 noon. We will try to accommodate different check-in and check-out times, provided the home is available and clean. Please request this in advance and contact the manager upon arrival. ...DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS .......... A deposit of 50% or $1,000.oo is required to confirm your reservation and must be received within 7 days from the date that the reservation is made. An additional deposit may be required for a holiday rental. The balance plus the security deposit is required 30 days prior to your arrival. E-mail confirmations will be sent with each payment received A cancellation fee will be assessed on all cancellations as follows: 120+ days prior to the arrival date will charged 10% of the total rent, 91-120 days is 20%, 31-90 days 50%, 30 days or less 100%. Reservations for Christmas, New Year and Easter week are non-cancelable. All fees are in USD dollars and can be made by cashier or certified check, personal check, money or credit card.
