Description of the Property

Ocean view units were remodeled as of February 2006.

Solymar is a condo complex with units owned by individuals. We have several amenities like a hotel would such as a restaurant and beach towels poolside. Our three condos are located at the Solymar Beach Resort on the southern end of Cancun's hotel zone. Solymar is located on the beach and has its own pool, children's pool, pool bar, on-site convenience store and restaurant. Solymar is easily accessible to shopping, nightlife, tours and water activities. Daily housekeeping service is included. We have a variety of condo units to choose from. We own only three condos in this complex and all of them are Studios.

Unit 1-Our studio lagoon view unit with 2 double beds, sleeps 4 people. This is our lowest rate! Fifth Floor. NO Balcony.

Unit 2- Studio ocean view with a king size bed, sleeps 2 people. Has a balcony. Fifth floor.

Unit 3- Studio ocean view unit with 2 double beds, sleeps 4 people. Has a balcony. Third Floor.

Unit 1 and Unit 2 can be closed off at the hallway to create a mini apartment that sleeps 6. Perfect for a family!

Regardless of which unit you choose, each unit has television, air conditioning, kitchenette and bathroom. The public bus stop is right outside the complex. Take the public bus to other restaurants and shopping. Groceries can be purchased at Walmart which is a 40 minute bus ride.

A convenience store is also on site providing some grocery items and toiletries. A restaurant and three bars are on site. Restaurant is usually served buffet style. All inclusive is available for $45 per day per adult through the front desk. Children under 12 are $25 per day per child.
