all rates subject to state and county occupancy taxes. $100.00 reservation deposit-applies to rent due upon arrival. $100.00 refundable security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of your stay. 30 day cancellation policy for refund. $650.00 per week- $65.00 each additional night $110.00 per night- 3 night minimum
there is a 30 day cancellation policy for refunds on deposit
