This is a NO SMOKING studio. There is a $200.00 fully refundable security deposit. Rental fees so not include the Hawaii tax of 11.97% and a $65.00 cleaning fee. $500.00 or 50% (whichever is greater) deposit is required to reserve your room.
Total refund of deposit will be refunded upon cancellation IF cancelled at least 30 prior to the reservation date
