It is within walking distance of San Francisco's Financial District, Coit Tower, The Crooked Street, Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown, cable cars, The Embarcadero, and Pier 39. This is the most central S.F. location with easy access to cabs, trollies, cable cars, buses and car rental agencies. It is only a 10 minute cab ride to San Francisco's Moscone Center. There are many restaurants, cafes and incredible shopping. The owners have lived in this flat in order to ensure that it is extremely comfortable and complete with the finest amenities.

Rental Rate Notes
We can accomadate up to 5 people with a maximum of 4 adults. There are additional charges for a fifth person. Children under 6 stay at no additional costs. Rates will be higher than quoted during holidays and special events. Call or email for a quote on leases longer than one week. Prices will depend on season and length of stay. (1) Payment Options: Visa or Mastercard. (2) Full payment is due at the time of your reservation. (3) Check-out by 10am. (4) No more than 5 guests. (5) The guests understand that they are staying in a private home and will keep the premises in as good a condition as they found them. (6) Guests will not hold parties, cause excessive noise, smoke in the flat or permit other persons to enter without prior permission from the host. (7) Guests are responsible for keeping the place tidy. (8) Only well behaved children.
A visa/mc is required as a security deposit. Renters agree to be financially responsible for any damage. For monthly rentals only: A $2,000 deposit is required.
A full refund less a $25 processing fee will be granted if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival. The refund is 50% if canceled 15-30 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to arrival.
