Description of the Property
Windsor Palms resort is only a short drive from Disney. If you are looking at map of area it is located between marker 4 & 5 near "Splendid China" on Highway 192 a couple of miles west of I-4. The resort is a 24hr gated peaceful community. Our 2 storey 2250 sq. ft. villa has its own Private POOL and Hottub. The villa has central air conditioning and is open plan with vaulted ceiling in living area and luxouriously furnished throughout. The large master bedroom suite is on the ground floor with sliding doors onto patio and pool/hottub, it has a walk-in closet and full bathroom with garden bath tub, separate shower and large vanity with double sinks. The 2nd bedroom suite with ensuite bathroom is also on ground level as is another bedroom with bunk beds. Upstairs is fab bedroom with king size bed another bathroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have closets, nightstands, their own cable T.V. and some have a DVD. The living room has a sofa bed. The living room has a 62inch T.V. and DVD. It has a sliding alarmed door out to patio and pool/hottub area. The fully fitted kitchen has a breakfast bar and there is a dining area adjacent. The patio area has a table, chairs and loungers. The sliding doors onto patio are alarmed (which is vital for children). You can enjoy many meals outside. The pool and hot tub are fenced off (again - vitally important). There is access from pool area to another bathroom - which is alarmed (you dont have to trek through the house to spend a penny). There is a 2 car garage which also accomodates the full size washer and dryer. The Windsor Palms Communal area is a short walk from the villa. Staying at Windsor Palms entitles you to use all their facilities. There is a huge swimming pool (everyone says its the best around) a hottub, kiddiespool & playground. There are basketball, tennis & volleyball courts. The clubhouse has a gym, pooltables & a ping pong table (table tennis). The sundry shop supplies tennis racquets, basket balls etc. free of charge. The resort has a 52 seat movie theatre,a barbaque area and convenience store. There is an internet room with an inexpensive hourly rate for computer use. Mystic Dunes GOLF resort is a five minute stroll. Shopping and numerous restaurants are closeby. Ideal family vacation. Windsor Palms is located off Hwy 192 and Interstate 4.

Rental Rate Notes
There is a $125 per week or $20 per nite charge for pool and spa heat - heat is not neccessary in warm months. There is a $100 cleaning fee when villa is booked for less than 2 weeksRental Policies

A 300 Dollar per week deposit is required to confirm a reservation, balance is due eight weeks before arrival date. There is a 100 Dollar cleaning charge added when villa is booked for less than 2 weeks. On arrival to pick up keys from management co. they will request a credit card for a $500 refundable security deposit. There is a $200 administration fee on all cancellations. When requesting dates please specify which month by spelling it out. If it is the fourth month of the year please write April. THANK YOU.
There is a $200 administration fee on all cancellations. If u wish to cancel reservation it must be done six weeks before arrival date in order to get full refund minus administration fee.
