Rental Policies
A deposit of $300 is required at booking with full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. A city hotel tax of 10.5% will be added to the full payment as well as a non-refundable $100 cleaning fee. The deposit will be refunded within two weeks after departure less cost of any damage to property (but of course we know there will be none). Check-in is 2:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m.
