The best view day or nite in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico in this Penthouse Condo enjoy the view from either of our two balconies or our rooftop terrace. Our condo is nestled on the mountain side on the south side of "Old Vallarta". From any of our balconies enjoy a spectacular view of the Bay of Banderas and the city of Puerto Vallarta. Take a dip in our heated pool.

The main level of our penthouse condo consists of a entrance way that is only several steps to the parking area. It has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and spacious balcony that gives you a breathtaking view that is undescribable. Most of the furniture in the condo is made by the local craftsmen in the area. You go up a spiral staircase to the upstairs level which has 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed that hosts a spectacular ocean view from your bed through the arched Mexican window and wall to wall balcony doors that open onto its own private balcony. It is difficult to describe this breathtaking view. The 2nd bedroom also hosts a king size bed and is spacious and very comfortable.

We like the flexibility of being able to prepare our own meals when we wish as well as the privacy and spacious living areas a condo has to offer. Its fully equipped kitchen ( which allows you to choose what you want to eat), the enjoyment of the personality of the condo and its surroundings are some of the things we like about our condo. Many or our guests have commented on the decor, the helpfulness of the tip sheet that we provide, the condo's surroundings, the breathtaking view, excellent location, and the cleanliness of the condo thanks to our maid. Our condo offers sun or shade throughout the day, you can tan for most of the day on the roof, or from one of the balconies, if you prefer some shade you can enjoy it on the main floor balcony. We love the feel of the refreshing breeze from the ocean from the balcony doors which expand wall to wall on the main floor and on the 2nd floor, all our windows are screened. Our condo is spacious, bright,clean, comfortable and can accommodate up to two couples or several friends, and still offers everyone their own space and privacy. For your comfort there is a Tv in the Master Bedroom and TV in the living room. We provide a maid that comes in to clean twice weekly. Our complex has 10 units in it and is 8 years old, it is comfortable and has a relaxing atmosphere surrounding it. We have a common area heated pool for our guests to enjoy. This is your vacation home away from home and we want you to return.

We love the red tiled roofs, cobblestone streets and the friendly Mexican people and their culture. Enjoy the live Mexican music in or outside the restaurants and bars along with Latino, Violin, Piano etc. It is approximately a 5 minute walk to exciting nite life, great shopping, art galleries that offer new and exciting pieces, popular beaches and restaurants that offer cuisine from all around the world.
