Relax, stroll down to the beach, or toast gradually in your private back yard. Our little homes-away-from-home are just the spot for a beach vacation, boating, fishing, surfing, or visits to one of Florida's world famous attractions. Our houses are tastefully decorated by a professional German decorator, meticulously maintained, and offer every amenity. Park right at your door! Licensed by the State of Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants. We are currently undergoing compliance with ADA specs. Besitzer Spricht Deutsch. Visitors to Ormond Beach may want to go birding at beautiful sanctuaries at Cape Canaveral or on our beautiful Ormond Scenic Loop and Trail. There is a beautiful video on the internet called, "Pure Florida." You can search for that on line by searching; pure florida ormond. It's a good way to see the natural beauty near our houses. Should it be necessary to change the house assigned to our guests, they will be notified about the assignment change in advance. In order to maintain a healthy environment for our guests, Smoking and Pets Are Not Allowed in our properties. All the houses are two bedroom and very similar. Specific descriptions are available for each unit. We have houses available for Permanent Rentals or For Sale. Please contact us for long term rates. Wifi hotspot! Our houses are within the circle formed the Ormond Scenic LOOP AND Trail which has been designated a Florida Scenic Byway. Enjoy the wonderful natural beauty of our ocean and beaches plus forest, marshes, great birding, and swamps.

Rental Policies
Payment options include: Traveler' checks, cashier/registered bank checks, personal/business checks, money orders, or cash. Check out time is 11:00 A.M. and check in time is 5:00 P.M. Rates are based on rental by 4 people or less. ABSOLUTELY, NO SMOKING AND NO PETS. Seasonal and monthly rentals are welcomed. Please inquire about our reasonable rates. House assignments and reassignments are sometimes necessary. Guests will be informed if their house assignment is change.
Reservations may be made by email or telephone. Your request will be noted immediately but your reservation will only become VALID upon receipt of $200 downpayment. Please make out your check to: Cottages by the Sea and mail it to: 956 Marie Circle; Ormond Beach, Fl 32176. There will be a charge of 12% for sales and tourist tax added to each bill. Weekly and monthly stays are welcome. Reservations may be changed or canceled as necessary. In the event that a reservation is canceled, the deposit will be refunded.
Refunds will be made in full up to two months in advance for weekly rentals. Monthly rental deposits are non-refundable. During monthly leases, the full month's rent is expected and required.
