The detached unit is a self-contained studio with a complete kitchen and bath with a queen bed. Perfect for couples or families traveling together. Both have all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation. The location is superb with views of the ocean from both bedrooms and living room. Paradise at its finest!
This oceanfront property is on one half acre in Hawaiian Paradise Park, 15 min. from Hilo, and 45 min. from Volcanoes National Park. The BBQ, picnic table and hammock is next to the surf and swaying palm trees. See whales, dolphins and turtles off the property. Listen to the waves as you gently fall to sleep. Or how about a massage 20 ft. from the ocean! After the massage relax in the hot tub overlooking the swaying palms to the ocean beyond.
Lots to see and do in the immediate area and on the island. Our bungalows are very quaint, relaxing, romantic and affordable!

Great swimming at the Hot Ponds which is thermally heated from the volcano and only 10 minutes from house, surfing in Hilo and Pohiki, snorkeling in Kapoho, black sand beaches, Hilo Zoo, museums, 30 minutes from Volcano National Park and Volcano Winery and golf course, 10 minutes to Mac Nut Farm, lots to see and do in the surrounding area!

Rental Rate Notes
Rates are subject to change at any time. For more than 2 persons in main house only (rates listed are for 2 only) add $50 for each person per week. Extra person for montly rate is $200 additional.Rental Policies
Main 1 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow is primary booking @ $775/wk for 2 and the additional studio will only be rented out along with the main house for total rental for both at $925/wk. For your privacy, the units will not be rented out individually. There is a $200 refundable security deposit and a $75 cleaning fee. 11.42% Hawaii tax added to rental amount.
1/2 rental amount required for deposit at booking, due within 10 days of booking to hold reservation. Balance due 3 weeks before rental date.
No refund on deposit if cancelation within 2 weeks or less prior to the rental date. Cancellation at 3 weeks there is a 50% refund on deposit and full refund if cancelation more than a month prior to rental date.
