Summer/Holidays: $199/night; $1393/week. Winter: $135/night; $903/week. Price is for up to 3+ guests.

Summer Rates: Thursday before Memorial Day to September 15 Winter Rates: September 16 to Wednesday before Memorial Day Holiday Rates: Thanksgiving Wednesday-Sunday night; Winter Holiday: December 22nd-January 2nd (possibly other time frames, eg Superbowl, Spring Break, etc.) Note: Weekly rates do not apply during Summer season and Holidays
Minimum Stays: Three-Night Minimum Stay during Summer Season & Holidays Two-Night Minimum Stay during Winter Season.
Additional Guests: There is a $15 fee for each additional guest over cottage maximum, with prior consent only. Portable floor futons also available for sleeping as needed.
Maid Service: All the cottages are "self-catering" with a supply of fresh linens provided at arrival, and two coin-operated laundry rooms on the premises. Maid service is not included, but is available for an additional fee upon request. Extra towels may be provided for an additional fee.
NO Pets: We no longer accept new pets.
Rates: Note that rates are subject to change and are based upon availability. Nightly rates quoted are based on a two-night minimum-stay during winter season and a three-night minimum stay during summer season and holidays. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards are accepted.
Check-in Time: 4:00pm / Check-out Time: 10:30am. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible in some cases, ONLY BY Prior Arrangement and cannot be guaranteed. Additional fees may apply. Please ask in advance. We have "automatic check-in" for arrivals after 4:00pm.
NO Smoking inside the cottages. NO Fires in fireplaces on check-out day. There will be a $250 Room Recovery Fee for smoking in cottages, and for fires and/or hot embers left in fireplaces on check-out day.
No-Party Policy: Any noise or activity that disrupts the normal atmosphere of Redwood Hollow is not allowed. Parties are prohibited. The maximum number of persons allowed in a 2-bedroom cottage is six (6), in a 1-bedroom cottage is four (4), and in a studio cottage is four (4). If these limits are exceeded, or complaints are received regarding noise, all occupants of the cottage may be asked to leave and all rents and deposits may be forfeited. Event FEES may apply for special events, and require Owner's prior written consent.
Cancellation Policy: There is a $50 fee for all cancellations if notice of cancellation is given with at least 30 days notice prior to arrival date. With fewer than 30 days notice, there are no refunds. There is a minimum $25 fee for reservation changes, unless additional night/s are added.

We have 3 garden patios for barbecuing or relaxing, and a lush and tranquil garden setting. Four of the cottages have their own private patios. We now have wireless internet access for our guests.

A Booking Deposit of 25% of the full rental fee (minimum of $100) is required to reserve a cottage. Full payment must be received thirty (30) days prior to arrival, which is also the cancellation deadline. There is a security/ breakage/ cleaning deposit which varies by cottage, and which is fully refundable within 21 days of departure (providing no damage or excessive cleaning is required). If payment is made by credit card, the security deposit may be waived. Cleaning fees may be additional. Additional charges for damages or excessive cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to your credit card. Reservation Forms will be provided with full details. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover, or by check, cash or money order with proper identification. Rates are subject to change and are based on availability.
All cancellations are subject to a minimum $50 cancellation fee. The booking deposit may be refunded upon cancellation, minus the $50 cancellation fee, if notice of cancellation, both verbal and written, is received at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. With fewer than thirty days' notice, there will be no refunds. There is also a $25 fee for changes to reservations.
