Rental Policies
The rental rate starting from $115.00 to $135.00 per day including utilities. Special monthly rates are available upon request. All Short Term Rentals (Less than 3 months), are subject to a 7% Tourism Tax. Maid service is per day. There is a Check-Out cleaning fee of $65.00 and $25.00 processin fee. No Pets are allowed in the Condominium in general. Check-In time is between 2PM & 5PM and Check-Out time is 11AM. A security deposit is required depending on length of rental period. Monthly rates are also available.
A 25% Deposit of the total amount due is required to hold the reservation. Full Deposit must be received 30 days prior to arrival by company check, certified check or money order (No Personal Checks or Credit Cards Accepted)
The Tenant has 30 days prior to arrival to cancel. Any Deposit held will be refunded less a handling charge of $100.00. If tenant cancels less than 30 days prior to arrival, the Security Deposit will be forfeited in full. There will be no refunds for early departure.
